Users will be onboarded through a thorough quiz and asked various questions about their loss. This information will be used to pair them with a licensed counselor that will best fit their needs.
Once the onboarding is complete, the users will be able to access their dashboard where they can direct message their counselor, join a counselor-moderated support groups, or access the 24-hour hotline. The counselors real names and photos are visible while all other users are kept anonymous.
